Get Connected at BFUMC!

New small groups are forming throughout the year, meeting together for at least a 3 month period.  Common to all groups is a covenant of intentional connecting and caring, and a desire to grow in faith.

We offer a fully equipped nursery with 5 trained attendants for both of our worship services and also for our Sunday school hour, which is held from 9:45 to 10:40. We offer the nursery for infants through kindergarten and we offer children’s church at our 11:00 service for first through fifth grade. The children’s ministry wing is located on the lower level under our Fellowship Hall. We also have Sunday school classes for all ages.

Our church’s children ministries are under the direction of Carrie Fair. which you can contact for any questions.

The infants, toddlers and children that walk through our doors are seen as little sparks that will be surrounded by love and nurtured into becoming a faithful disciple with a heart on fire for God!

  • Children will be loved and learn about the love of Jesus for them.
  • Have a safe and nurturing environment in which to learn and play.
  • Crafts, music and prayers are lead by a creative and fun filled staff to learn about worship.
  • Opportunities for mission are provided even for our littlest treasures.

The youth (grades 6 to 12) are a big part of our future at Burnt Factory. We want to see them have a long glorious relationship with Jesus Christ. We look forward to helping them build the foundation for their spiritual journey in life.  We offer middle school and high school Sunday School classes between worship services on Sunday starting at 9:45am.

Youth ministry is led by Rob Moss

We also have a thriving youth group.  All middle and high school youth are invited to attend!  Schedule varies with activities; usually have two events per month.  Regular meetings are typically on Sunday’s 4:30 to 6:30pm.
Fellowship, growing faith, outreaching mission, FUN!

Please see the Smoke Signal Newsletter for a detailed report of our activities!

We are always looking for ways to expand our youth ministries.
